Scooby Doo Games for Kids

Scooby Doo, a cartoon hero known by kids all around the world, was created in 1970 for the Hanna-Barbera Productions by Joe Ruby and Ken Spears for a Saturday morning cartoon series. From the 70's until the present days, Scooby Doo series have managed to be in the top of kids' preferences.

Scooby Doo is a dog and although kids from all around the world consider him to be a hero, Scooby does not wear any hero suit. He is just a regular dog who is able to solve complicated mysteries with the help of his friends.

After the huge success on TV, Scooby Doo started to appear on comic books as well. The first one to publish Scooby Doo comic books were the Gold Key Comics and the first series was called "Scooby Doo, Where Are You!" in December 1969. Initially, the comics that were sold to million kids around the world were an adaptation of the TV show. Later on the comic books started to have ideas of their own and they started to be independent from the TV shows.

Scooby Doo's powers

Although Scooby is considered to be a normal dog and a normal hero, he has some special powers: he is able to track and discover monsters while searching the most mysterious places anyone has ever seen. In fact, dealing with monsters is the main activity Scooby and his friends are doing all day long. All Scooby Doo games for kids have monsters that are chased by Scooby Doo. And after a full day of chasing monsters and being chased by monster, how can Scooby and Shaggy relax: they will eat a few hamburgers. Scooby loves eating Scooby snaks and he will even fight Shaggy for a delicious Scooby-snack.

Scooby has no declared enemies, but each and every single episode has a monster which initially will chase the entire Scooby gang.
