Sonic Games for Kids

Sonic the Hedgehog, one of today's superheroes, trademarked as Sonic The Hedgehog is a character which can be found while playing Sonic games for kids, initially released by Sega. Sonic can be also found in comics, cartoons and films.

The first Sonic game was released for public in 1991, June 23, by Sega. Sonic appeared as a rival for Nintendo's Mario. Sonic has soon become a worldwide known hero and its series have been sold on more than 80 million copies worldwide.

Sonic costume

Sonic has a special blue costume, which can be easily recognized by kids around the world, and especially from those who play Sonic games for kids. He wears red shiny boots with a white stripe in the middle.

Sonic powers

Sonic is one of the most loved superheroes of all time. Being a superhero, he must posses superhero powers. Sonic has the following powers:
* Super sonic speed - he can run with a speed greater then the speed of sound;
* Spindash abilities - he can spin and destroy his enemies with the power of the spin;
* Lightning reflexes - he can react very fast;
* Super Strength - he is powerful.

Sonic enemies

Sonic has several enemies, from which we remind the following: Dr. Robotnik who's goal is to take over the world. Shadow is Sonic's arch-rival, who considers himself the "Ultimate Life Form". Jet the Hawk, who thinks about himself that he is faster than Sonic.

Since the creation of Sonic the Hedgehog in the early 90s, the big game platforms like Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 have created Sonic Games for Kids, such as: Sonic Classic Collection, Sonic PC Collection, Sonic Unleashed, Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Sonic the Hedgehog 4, Sonic and the Secret Rings and many others.
